Amorphophallus borneensis is endemic species from Kalimantan belongs to the Araceae family. It is included as one of the giant Amorphophallus. This species indicated by the unique pattern of the patiole and peduncle which resembles the complexs pattern of lichen on the stem. The distribution of A. borneensis was only known from soutern of Kalimantan. The new localities have been found during Kebun Raya exploration in Central and East Kalimantan.
