 <note>This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and employees commitment at the Indonesia Open University. The methode used was survey. The data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 269 employees at UT using stratified random sampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to test hypotheses using SmartPLS software. The result shows that organizational climate does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. However  organizational climate has a significant effect on employees commitment.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan di Universitas Terbuka Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 269 karyawan di UT menggunakan stratified random sampling.
